Reminder - Adult Camp Orientation 6/27

Event: Adult Orientation for Camp 2009

Where: Weymouth Heights Club

When: Saturday June 27, 2009, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Who attends: All adult attendees for Camp 2009 are required to attend.

Leader: Mr. Chase

Mr Chase will review the rules and regulations, expectations, and plans for the week, to set the baseline for all attendees.

All adults must turn a Medical Form, before camp. If you have a chance, please bring the completed form on Saturday.

The Medical Form is available at http://www.oldcolonycouncil.org/Documents/BSA%20Medical.pdf . We ask you to fill this out as completely as possible, but do not require a doctor’s signature.

Payment for adults and scouts is due by July 6. The fee for adults is $20/night, while scouts are $200 for the week.
