A piece of critical equipment for us, at summer camp, is a large freezer chest. We keep this freezer on the mainland, as there is obviously no electricity on Cliff Island. This freezer allows us to buy and store meats, butter, ice cream and ice for use on the island throughout the week. Last year we were preparing for camp when we discovered our freezer was no longer interested in pulling it's fair share. Luckily for us, the Schneiders had a freezer which they generously loaned us for the week. When we returned from camp we sent out a call for help to a few local businesses. George Washington Toma told us that they would try to help us out. True to their word, they have come through for us in a big way. Last week, we took delivery of a brand new (slightly dented) freezer from George Washington Toma. The freezer is large capacity and should meet all our needs. We want to thank Toma for their generous donation and we ask you to consider supporting GW Toma the next time you are purchasing appliances or electronics.
