Holiday Party TONIGHT, and other reminders.

Monday, 12/18 – Badges, Rank and Cake, plus Holiday party. Scouts should bring a wrapped, scout related (no gags please) gift, value between $5 and $10 for the yankee swap, and a dessert to share.

There is no meeting 12/25 or 1/1 – Happy Holidays!

For our Monday meetings during the month of January, please wear "Class B" uniforms - tshirt, sweatshirt, old clothes, boots, warm coat, gloves, hat - we will be working on winter outdoor skills, in the building, garage and outside.

Also, beginning in January we will have a renewed focus on Drumming, with plans to meet on Tuesday evenings for a one hour practice. Please keep an eye out for details.

Reminder – there is no Ski Trip this year due to declining interest. We are exploring a family tubing event, if this is of interest please let us know.

Klondike Derby 2018 – there are two derbies, one geared to Cub Scouts (Webelos)  and one for Boy Scouts  – Mr. Nowiski and Mr.  Aieta  are coordinating a team for both events, and we  need older scout participation both to mentor the younger scouts and to prepare a competitive sled team for the Boy Scout event. We encourage ALL scouts to attend the event to cheer the Troop 2 team on, and remind all scouts that this is part of Scout Spirit as well as an opportunity to complete advancement requirements.
