We were fortunate to be joined by Senator Patrick O’Connor and Representative James Murphy’s aide Mary Roy, who presented the accolades. Thanks to Becky Egan and John Reichardt for their work at the raffle table, and congratulations to our winners of a week at camp, a year of scouting, and attendance at our Fort Ticonderoga event. Thank you to our Chaplain, Jack Kelley, for his opening and closing prayers.
Thank you to the drum corps for their drumming, to Matt for stepping in as Drum Leader, and to the two Webelos II cubs, Andrew and Cameron, who helped us with the cymbals. Thanks to the Senior Patrol for a strong opening and closing, and a big thanks to the adult leaders who helped with the presentation of awards, preparation of the desserts and drinks, and set up/take down of the hall. And finally, thank you to all of the parents and scouts who attended, and the guests of our Eagles, for helping make the day special.
