Troop 2 Reminders

There is no scout meeting tonight, July 1st - please enjoy the July 4th holiday.

Our next meeting is Monday, July 9th.

All scouts planning to attend Summer Camp must attend the meetings in July as we prepare for the week on Cliff Island.

At the July 9th meeting we will establish tent partners and assign troop tents for the week. All first year scouts sleep in Boy Scout wall tents. Your son should come prepared with his tent partner to sign up for his tent.

As a reminder - all scouts need to bring a footlocker with a lock, a sleeping bag (we recommend a bed sheet as well as it may be hot) and a cot to camp. Boots as well as water shoes are encouraged (flip flops or open toed sandals are not permitted). Your son should bring a messkit with a bowl, knife fork and spoon, and a hot/cold cup.

All adults (anyone over age 18) must complete full registration with the troop, which includes an application form, a CORI form, and successful completion of Safe Scouting online training.

If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Chase.
