Annual Herring Run Cleanup, April 6th 8 AM to 11 AM

The annual Herring Run cleanup is Saturday, April 6th. Our troop will be participating.

Scouts should meet at 8 AM at Rennie Park (next to Nikko's and Brady's Package Store in lower Jackson Square).

Please be sure to bring gloves, wear proper footwear and clothing, and bring water and any snacks you may want.

Scouts should be aware that there is poison ivy along the riverbank and should clean up properly when they get home after this community service.

Our scouts will meet with Mr. Chase at the park, and will proceed with him to the old Iron Works as a group. If your son is arriving late, please escort him to this location or contact Mr. Chase via cellphone so we can assure all scouts stick together.

Scouts should be picked up at the large lot bordered by Lake Street and Pleasant Street, opposite the old Weymouth Police Station, at 11:00 AM.
