Dear
Family and Friends of Troop 2 Scouts,
Please review the updated plans for the Troop 2 Annual Awards and Recognition
Banquet. We will be honoring 4 Eagle scouts with the presentation of their
Eagle rank at this event.
1. The banquet will be held on Saturday, May 11 at the Immaculate Conception Church
Hall, beginning at 5:30 pm. Dinner will be served between 6 PM and 6:30 PM.
2. The meal will be a pasta dinner, with meatballs, sauce,
bread and salad. Bug juice, water coffee, and tea will be
provided. If you prefer a different
beverage you are free to bring it. Please no alcoholic beverages as this is a
Boy Scout function and alcohol is prohibited.
Kindly consider bringing a dessert for the dessert table.

Tickets are $10.00 for adults, $5.00 for scouts, children under age 10 are
free. All scouts must report in full uniform. Cub Scouts and Girl Scouts
are encouraged to wear their uniforms as well. Please purchase tickets in advance, or let Mr. Chase know how many tickets you will need held at the door so we can establish a headcount for this event by Monday, May 6th.

During this event we will be conducting a raffle to
support the Eagle Scout Scholarship Fund.. Please consider donating an item to the raffle. We
would like to receive all items by Friday, May 3rd. Items and
contributions can be brought to any Monday night scout meeting or can be
dropped off at 79 Front
Street. Please contact Teresa
