The troop has arrived and has begun moving the kitchen to the island. Two groups are deployed-one on the beach and one on the Island. Once the kitchen is up and the remaining gear is moved over the troop will break for lunch.
A group of adult shoppers are enroute to the local Shop n Save for our daily standing order, ice, fuel, and propane, and another group is retrieving and assembling the dock system for the island.
The pontoon boat is rented for the week to assist with moving scouts and groceries. We have an official licensed captain/commodore (Mr. Reichardt) who volunteered to operate the boat which is a huge help throughout the week.
