1) The banquet will be held on Saturday, March 21 at the Immaculate Conception Church Hall
beginning at 5:30 pm. Dinner will be served between 6 PM and 6:30 PM. The meal will be a pasta dinner, with meatballs, sauce, bread and salad. Bug juice, water coffee, and tea will be provided. If you prefer a different beverage you are free to bring it. Please no alcoholic beverages as this is a Boy Scout function and alcohol is prohibited.
Kindly consider bringing a dessert for the dessert table.
2) Tickets are $5.00, available at the door. Children under the age of 10 are free. All scouts must report in full uniform. Cub Scouts and Girl Scouts are encouraged to wear their uniforms as well.
3) Eagle Scout Scholarship Raffle will be held at the banquet. Please consider donating a raffle item. Past items have run the gamut from gift cards, gift certificates to local establishments and services, outdoor equipment and scouting items, gift baskets and handmade items. Another option to consider is making a small monetary contribution in lieu of an item. The contribution can be any amount ($5-$10 or whatever you are comfortable with). These contributions add up quickly and allow us to purchase a large raffle item. Please send contributions to a weekly scout meeting with your son in a clearly marked, sealed envelope “Eagle Scout Scholarship Raffle Contribution”.
