Weymouth Veterans Day Parade 2015 is Cancelled

Please note the following from George Pontes Jr.,  Veterans Services Director for the Town of Weymouth.

"After conferring with Emergency Management and the Police Department, the Weymouth Veterans’ Council regretfully announces that tomorrow’s Veteran’s Day parade and initial 9:15 ceremony at the Korean War Memorial must be cancelled.

We will have a Veteran’s Day ceremony at 11 AM at the Abigail Adams Middle School auditorium. Our guest speaker, Master Sergeant TJ Bonner will share his thoughts as a veteran and we will hold our annual roll call of those Weymouth veterans we have lost during since last Veteran’s Day.
We hope to still have the 215th Fife and Drum perform on stage as well."
