Arrival time is 10 AM, planned departure is Sunday by 8 AM
Scouts should plan to bring lunch and dinner, sufficient drinking water, and should dress warmly. Be sure to pack utensils, cooking gear, potholder, spatula, etc - scouts should be self sufficient when cooking and cleaning up.
We will be working on Advancement for several scouts in the Tenderfoot - First Class rank range, working on the handling of axes and knives, and will be taking a hike as well.
We hope to see a large number of scouts camping with us this weekend - if you're arriving late, please let us know (email at troop2weymouth.gmail.com or text at 617 413 4437) and we also need to have 4 adults to maintain safe scouting/youth protection guidelines, so when you drop off your son we may need you to wait until we have sufficient adult leaders present. If you're a registered adult and willing to stay and camp, or a parent who would like to join us, please let us know as well so we can plan accordingly.
