This meeting will be held at the Weymouth Heights Club, at 6:30 PM, and is expected to last until approximately 8 PM.
This meeting is mandatory - we are renewing all Youth Protection certification with a common date, regardless of whether you have already completed this training.
My expectation as Troop Committe Chair is that if you are a registered member of the troop and plan to work with the scouts in any capacity, including at summer camp, weekly meetings, campouts, merit badges, religious awards, etc, that you will attend this training on Sunday Evening, 6/29.
If you do not attend this meeting you will not be permitted to participate in the youth program.
